Why We Exist

At The Divergent Impact Fund we empower social entrepreneurs with big, bold ideas to make the world better for neurodivergent and disabled individuals in transformative ways

The Divergent Impact Fund is a non-profit social venture dedicated to supporting breakthrough social entrepreneurs with bold ideas to improve life outcomes for neurodivergent and disabled individuals and the people who care for them. We invest deeply in the growth of their ideas and leadership.

The current investment ecosystem for neurodiversity and disability is under-capitalized relative to the enormity of the challenge. It is also fragmented and siloed. We recognize that no single organization can solve complex social problems alone. That’s why we support a network of social entrepreneurs who deliver on-the-ground results and work collectively to change systems and conditions to improve neurodivergent life outcomes.

By identifying unmet needs across the continuum of neurodivergence and disabilities, we deploy early-stage capital and mentoring to provide tailored support to assist entrepreneurs to develop, grow, and scale impact solutions that address these challenges.
